Podcast is a great way to sit and listen to great quality content. You can listen while on the go, working, go for a walk or home.

I’ve been listening to podcasts since 2009 when Twilight was very popular.

Over the years, I found a lot of great podcast about mental health and wellness, who are people of color.

Here are 7 best health and wellness podcast.

1. Black Health Lit

Black Health Lit is a podcast hosted by Rachel ‘Rae’ Crowder, MPH that discusses black issues and educates those who care about their health.

She has a website with resources, speaking engagements, and a blog with content and tips regarding your health.

2. Balance Black Girl

Balance Black Girl is a podcast that helps you feel your best, addressing health, self-care, and personal growth with black women experts.

They have a website with a blog discussing emotional being, social, podcast notes, physical and spirituality.

Therapy For Black Girls is a podcast hosted by Dr. Joy Harden Bradford, a licensed psychologist based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Dr. Bradford addresses mental health, personal development, and gives advice on being the best version of yourself, as well as inviting other black wellness professionals to join her.
