Hacks to Help You Stay Mindful

Meditation has benefited my development as well as releasing old, unhealthy habits. As a result, I became more concentrated and relaxed. In addition, I’ve been dealing with depression for almost my entire life, and mediation improved my mental health. Finally, I’d like to share the apps and a YouTube channel that have helped me improve my life.

Here are some potential benefits of meditation that can help you in your daily life:

  • Reduces stress
  • Creativity
  • Helps with concentration
  • Improves the immune system
  • Increases happiness
  • Decreases anxiety
  • Better sleep

Three months of meditation changed me significantly. First, I stretch and start meditating. I start early in the morning while my children are still asleep, and later in the afternoon, I start again. Two apps and a YouTube channel support my everyday routine. I switch things up to avoid boredom and keep focus.

• MyLife Meditation: Mindfulness

This app asks questions about your mental and physical well-being. In addition, it shows the results of various meditations, guided journaling, and other programs that may assist with anxiety and sleeping. You may try the 7-day trial first and then pay monthly or annually once the trial period expires.

• Headspace

After I lay my kids down for a nap in the afternoon, I use Headspace. Unfortunately, my children are challenging to handle and will not always allow me to meditate, so I wait until nap time. This app teaches you how to meditate, records your progress, and offers various playlists to help you concentrate. This app has some free sections and monthly and annual paid memberships.

YouTube Channel I recommend:

I was anxious and looking for a YouTube video to relax and regain my calmness. That’s when I discovered The Honest Guys. I found their voices soothing and their music pleasant once I started listening. However, my mood improved after seeing the video. So I subscribed and listened to them if I’m not using the other two apps.

When you first start meditating, it can be difficult, but it improves over time. But once you get there, you’ll notice a notable change in yourself. Mental health is essential, and sometimes you need to recharge yourself. So don’t give up; keep going and take it one day at a time.

Twitter – Baatin

“Meditation eases the mind and brings the youth; it’s like a verse you could never read out of a book. Dropping the line in your mind like a fish hook. Word is birth, I do it till the break of day, pay attention to your art, never go astray Word is bond.”
